As we are now less than 7 days from the conference, payment must be made by credit card on booking.

Please note that all credit card payments will attract a transaction fee of 2.8% for Visa and MasterCard transactions and 3% for American Express. Please note that debits to your credit card will appear as ‘Premier Event Concepts’ on your statement.

IF USING A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT, PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLICK THE 'FINALISE YOUR PAYMENT' BUTTON ONCE YOU HAVE PROCESSED YOUR PAYMENT VIA THE PAYMENT GATEWAY. THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR BOOKING IS COMPLETED ENTIRELY AND A CONFIRMATION LETTER AND TAX INVOICE / RECEIPT WILL BE SENT.

If you have selected to pay by EFT, please follow the payment instructions highlighted on the Tax Invoice. Please note that payment of earlybird registration fees are required by the earlybird date deadline to qualify for that rate. After the earlybird date deadline, all unpaid earlybird registrations will automatically roll over to the regular rate and delegates will be charged at the regular rate. Payment for all registrations and related functions must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the conference. If full payment is not received, admission to the conference may be refused.
