SESSION OVERVIEW
For over 50 years, APG & Co has curated some of Australia’s most iconic fashion brands, including Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG. Owned by the Marshall and Michael families, the company has evolved from a white label business of design and manufacturing into a house of brands.
Elisha Hopkinson, a second-generation member of the Marshall family has over two decades of experience in the fashion industry, both in Australia and internationally.
In February 2022, Elisha was appointed CEO of APG & Co. Her journey to the top has been shaped by a series of roles that allowed her to build respect and demonstrate her capabilities at each stage. However, like many next-generation family members, stepping into such a prominent leadership role came with its own set of challenges—particularly overcoming self-doubt and summoning the courage to lead.
Join us as Elisha shares her personal story of navigating these roles within the company, embracing change, and driving transformation for success. She will discuss her vision for elevating the brand, leveraging technology to create better products, and standing out in the fiercely competitive fashion industry.
