SESSION OVERVIEW
Have you ever thought, 'What am I doing here? I don’t belong. I don’t know nearly as much as the people around me. I’m a total fraud, and soon I’ll be found out!'?
In many family businesses, the next generation, or even current members, often struggle with imposter syndrome, doubting their abilities and questioning their place.
This panel will explore the link between resilience and imposter syndrome, offering valuable insights on how to overcome self-doubt, embrace leadership, and build confidence within the family business.
