Building on the momentum and success of the 2024 and 2025 events South Australia Population Health Conference returns as a 2-day event for public and population health professionals across the state and beyond. This year’s conference invites researchers, policy-makers, practitioners, students and community leaders to come together to share evidence, challenge assumptions, and collaborate on advancing equitable, community-driven approaches to health and wellbeing. This event will be centred around the 40th anniversary of the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion with the theme 40th anniversary of the Ottawa Charter: looking forward and future focus. To celebrate this milestone, we are excited to host Professor Ilona Kickbusch as an international keynote speaker. Professor Kickbusch was a key instigator for the Ottawa Charter and remains a leader in this field. This conference provides a platform to exchange ideas, showcase research and programs, and strengthen partnerships to build healthier, more resilient communities across South Australia and beyond.
