ACCOMMODATION
Premier Event Concepts has negotiated discounted conference rates with the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park and the Mercure Hotel (located onsite at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park) as follows:
Pullman Guestroom (inclusive of full hot breakfast for one) - $220.00 per room, per night
Mercure Superior Guestroom (inclusive of full hot breakfast for one) - $170.00 per room, per night
Mercure Privilege Guestroom (inclusive of full hot breakfast for one) - $190.00 per room, per night
Discounted accommodation rates are only available when bookings are made through the conference organiser via the official conference registration form or by adding a room booking via the link on the conference registration confirmation letter. Bookings made directly with hotels will not be eligible for the conference discount.
Please take note of the upcoming accommodation release schedule:
04 March 2026: 50% of all unreserved rooms will be released
03 April 2026: 100% of all unreserved rooms will be released
After each of these dates, unbooked rooms will be returned to the hotel’s general inventory and may no longer be available at the conference rate.
If you have not yet reserved your room, we strongly encourage you to do so before the March release date to avoid disappointment.
