The 2026 Hydroponic Farmers Federation Conference
Hosted by The Hydroponic Farmers Federation Inc.
4 – 6 May 2026
Pullman Melbourne Albert Park
INVITATION TO SPONSOR
The Hydroponic Farmers Federation Inc. (HFF) grew from a small self-help group to the large association we are today because of the commitment we all have to furthering the hydroponic industry through supporting each other.
Networking is the single most important function of the HFF; we provide the forum for this via Farm visits, our Biennial Conference, newsletter and representation at various levels. Membership is open to all commercial growers of hydroponic produce; there are also membership categories for suppliers to the industry and other interested parties.
Following the feedback and success of the 2024 conference, the committee are very excited to confirm the 2026 conference will be held from 4 - 6 May 2026 at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park.
We will continue to expand and improve the conference format for 2026. Once again, we will be offering our trade members the opportunity to invite their grower customers to conference. To learn, share and feel comfortable networking with like-minded people, we will include the addition of a networking lounge right in the middle of the trade display area.

WHY SPONSOR
HFF is a small organisation, but with the help of our trade partners, we have been able to develop a well-recognised conference that provides the connections for networking / learning / socialising, and many trade have complimented the HFF on its ability to attract growers to the conference, through development of the trade, inviting their customers "growers" to the event.
The last two HFF conferences (2022 and 2024) recorded over 60% of delegates were growers: the people YOU need to talk to.
Sales work best when there is great opportunity to talk, either during the day, on field trips or at the social functions. HFF conferences are designed to deliver these opportunities in spades.
HFF conferences are recognised as having the most fun, the best information and the target audience for all trade, with the connection being obvious through past events.
